Sarah Greenwell is the founder and managing partner of Well Kept Advisory, a modern consulting firm rooted in balance, clarity, and foresight. With over a decade of experience in public accounting and business advisory, Sarah partners with business owners across industries to optimize value, streamline operations, and make confident decisions.

Her technical expertise spans taxation, financial strategy, and operational consulting, allowing her to deliver expert insight and strategic tax planning tailored to each client’s goals. Sarah is known for building long-lasting relationships and takes pride in deeply understanding her clients and their businesses—celebrating their wins as her own. Sarah is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor, equipped to streamline your systems and elevate your financial clarity.

Sarah earned her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business Administration from Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky, and later completed her MBA with an emphasis in Accounting and Sports Management at Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri.

She lives in O’Fallon, Missouri, with her husband Derek and daughter Bennett.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending sporting events, and being outdoors. She also helps lead Pooper Troopers, a St. Louis–area charity dedicated to supporting the most vulnerable members of our community through grassroots outreach and hands-on service.

In recognition of her dedication to all her service and leadership, Sarah was honored as O’Fallon’s Citizen of the Year.
